Champions of Change: Knocking Out Obesity in Utah PANO Conference

When:  Fri, June 10, 8am – 4pm

Where:  Salt Lake City Marriott City Center, 220 S State Street, Salt Lake City, Utah (map)

This conference will assist state and local partners who want to constructively impact Utah’s obesity epidemic and help make the healthy choice the easy choice in Utah. The Conference will provide an opportunity to learn from experts, network and coordinate efforts among public and private organizations. Conference participants will receive updates regarding what is being done about the obesity problem in Utah. CMEs for health care providers are available. CEUs for registered nurses, registered dieticians, and certified health educators (CHES) are pending. 

Cost: For CMEs: $50 Non CMEs: $25
