Pregnant Moms with Flu Vaccine Have Healthier Babies

A recent Canadian study looked at the pregnancy outcomes of women who were pregnant during the 2009-2010 flu season, and found that those who received flu vaccine during their pregnancy were less likely to have a preterm birth, stillbirth or low birth weight baby, even after adjusting for other risk factors.
